The entire process consisted of 3 interviews total. First was an interview with an administrative employee to get a feel for your personality and how well you would fit in. Second, was an interview with the engineering employees. The purpose of this portion is to observe how you approach the problem solving process. Lastly, was a meeting with the owner to allow you to ask any questions you had about Paragon.

The interview process begins with an introductory meeting with HR to gauge mutual interest in the position. Following this, a cognitive test to assess your math and reading skills. The next stage involves a technical interview with senior engineers from the company.
