Boiler plate stuff. "Tell us a time you experienced a challenge and how did you overcome it, etc." There are alot of millennials working here who think they are the next Tony Robbins. I had one interviewer explain that sharks will simply give up trying to eat and starve to death if they do not succeed at catching food. This was used as an analogy for continuing to try. I suggest they try reading better motivational books and take a science class. This is an agile/scrum modeled company so daily stand up and that nonsense occurs at all levels not just the software developers.
