Recruiter contacted me, from either Monster or TheLadders, initially very hot, but the process lasted over 3 month. Had phone and in-person interviews. Both focused on consulting experience and project management skills. Technical skills were useful only in last round of interviews, and were more then adequate. The job was very interesting, and for the first time evere my russian language was a bonus. The hiring manager was very upfront about the inability to match my salary expectations and that proved to be the undoing of the deal
