Applied online and about three weeks later I got called in for an interview. About a week later I was had a second interview and two weeks after that I accepted the position to work there.

Ultimately, there was roughly a 9 or 10-step interview process for this role, including a lengthy writing assignment followed by team calls. While I did like the team, there was some unprofessionalism displayed in our meetings, including quite a bit of cursing from different team members. But then I ended up not getting the job anyway.
