I was referred by my colleague who passed on an interview. Called in for a first interview, told a second interview would be scheduled with two execs, following an edit test. I'm disappointed that after following up several times with the hiring manager and HR, I haven't received a response for weeks regarding my confirmed second interview that was offered in the first interview. I understand Viacom is going through huge changes right now and may be lacking direction, but PLEASE HR, I urge you to simply follow up and let me know the position was placed on hold, filled or canceled due to conflict.

Depending on the team structure of interview and hiring process might change. Overall the process was pretty seamless and they also get back to you in time.

The interview included Two emails, including a writing test after submitting an application . One interview and heard back within a week. The interview was not super difficult and was fairly conversational.

It felt relatively informal. They asked me about my previous experience, and interests. it sort of felt like a conversation. We discussed my previous roles and what I would be doing in this position.
