Sent my resume in through their College Relations service. Didn't think I was going to hear from them because I waited about a month before getting an email requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was very informal, and lasted about twenty minutes. Was relatively sure I was getting the job after the interview.

How do you prioritize when you have a lot of conflicting tasks that must be completed?
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
