They had me do 4 interviews and I still needed approximately 3 more to go. It was insane. I work in entertainment and this has never been the case. At first, it was fine. Then as the interviews went on, they started getting more and more descriptive about the job and it became something that didn't match the job description. It also was paying the minimum. They wanted so badly to operate like an agency. I received a different offer for higher pay so I dropped out of the process.
