Very thorough interview process as you have to go through multiple people to get approval for your position. Great internship program though, they present with you a wide selection of departments that need interns and you get to select which area you'd like to work in. If you make it to this point, you should be good since the 1-on-1 interview is just to see if your supervisor likes you since you've already been vetted by HR.
