Applying online - as the vacancy appeared on Viacom's website and several job portals in Amsterdam. First reaction was quite quick - the phone interview scheduled conveniently and conducted quite highly professional. I got appointment for a direct interview at he premises, with my to-be manager and a HR specialist.
