The process was a little confusing. A talent coordinator reached out 2 weeks after I applied online. She wanted to schedule a phone call with the recruiter then it became a Zoom interview with the hiring manager (was not notified about the change). Also, the talent coordinator kept asking me to apply for the job officially. (I am like...I already did. That's how you have my application!) The interview with the hiring manager was ok. Felt like he was undermining my experience. He didn't know who was the recruiter for the job. After the interview, no updates. from them.
