I interned there and knew the team already, so that helped to make me feel comfortable. It is very much a company where you need to know someone to get in, otherwise you are just one of thousands of applications for one job. Because I knew the team internally I did not have to meet with HR before going in to meet with the department heads.
Great interview process! First round with talent recruiter and second with the team. Talent recruiter was communicative. Took about 4 weeks from applying to receiving my offer letter. Interview itself was mostly behavioral based and ensuring I can do the required tasks.

Pretty straight forward, must know your stuff and be ready to actively switch topics. What shows are you watching? What is something you'd change about a script? How do you handle stress at work etc.
