I had my initial screening call with a recruiter and it went well and I was told that I would be passed along to the hiring manager and be contacted soon. The recruiter had to go OOO for a few days, and by the time that I was able to contact them, they already filled the job. They didn’t have the courtesy to keep me looped in throughout the process and I lost my chances to interview because of the lack of communication between the teams.
