Be prepared to know what you can offer Viacom as a sales person, a couple of stock questions about the job and possibly areas that you would like to learn / grow.

One of the VP's in Sales was really impressed by me at a client meeting. He mentioned that there was an Account Executive position available on the Sales team and wanted to see if I'd be interested in making a move from Marketing to Sales.
After referring me to the two VP's overseeing that particular position, I met with them and spoke more in depth about the role. They really liked me, and I would have gone farther in the process. However, right after we had that meeting, the entire Sales team had been restructured and that position was eliminated so i didn't get the job.
