I've applied by referal and received phone screening interview invitation two days after. I had a phone interview at scheduled time and was told that results of hiring team will arrive for two weeks. I've waited 4 weeks and queried TAT regarding status of my application. Answer was still nothing to declare ba TAT. After 10 days I've queried them again and 10 minutes after my email, I received rejection letter with rationale that they do have enormous number of applicants and are searching for the best one. I understood that completely (I'm not good enough) and was totally fine about results. One day after rejection, job position was reposted on Linkedin. It was pretty strange experience and definitely I will not lose my time ever with Paraxel.

The interview was in itself a pretty straightforward interview but with a gap between interview rounds. General clinical trial knowledge questions and career path questions with the concearned directors. Overall a nice experience.
