It was simple. They did not ask me anything too difficult that I was unable to answer. It was experience based. They also ask you why you want to work for the company, and they ask some scenario questions to test your ethics.

Very good, very welcoming and a light positive energy. The follow up was easy and they are very responsive and forthcoming. They call you for an in person interview if they feel like you’re fit and take 2-3 weeks to decide.

Asked how comfortable you are in processing urine as blood samples as that is the bulk of the intake. Operating pipettes and centrifuges while assisting in QC-ing will be a task. Organizing sampling tubes and test kits monthly.

interview was fairly quick and easy, they asked common interview and scenario questions, they walked through the logistics of the position and also the interview with me at the beginning
