Firstly it was a telephonic interview with HR concerned, then called for a personal introductory interview, followed by an aptitude test. After a day, I was called for a panel interview where I was discussed about my job role and future prospects. Finally HR interview.
A breeze and got an offer within 24 hours, I enjoyed how responsive the recruiter was. There are interactive assessments that were not bad at all. Time was given to applicant to make thoughtful responses to questions

Multiple reviews with different people in the department. Met with the same people a couple of times. They outlined job i interviewrd for and talked about ways to move career forward.
Interviewed via phone with a current administrative assistant and the person who would be my manager. Standard interview questions and conversation around my experience and what they were looking for in the position. Each interview was about 30 minutes.
