Process was fair. Interviewers asked standard questions but nothing unusual and mostly allowed me to speak for myself. People seemed reasonably content and not overly stressed or distracted. Accomodations were standard, local hotel and prompt car service.

Two rounds of screens with HR went smoothly. Then I was scheduled for four to five one on ones with peers on the team. Everyone is reasonable and asked mostly behavioral questions. By the time I spoke with the hiring manager, he already heard so much good feedback about me and we mostly talked about the team culture and culture fit. Offer was made shortly after that.
