One technical Interview , Managerial, HR . The technical round was dirt cheap or easy going for a guy who has been in development from at least an year. Manager round is just little bit for a namesake. HR was bend on negotiating to the minimum.

He asked to write a complete flow of architecture of a web application. gave good time to write it, but the product on which i am given work is a legacy product with in built framework ,everything based on only struts 1 and core java. If you know basics on core java , join queries and web app then you are in to be selected.
Basic validations in the programs that need to be done to skip checked and unchecked exceptions.
Mainly focused on just if a guy can work or not if he is selected.
Not focused on what best he can give and how we can bring his development.
One of my friend was asked to resign in probation period when they found him not knowing some bug fixing approaches which only a guy in production support knows.
If Interview process is not keen and precise on the quality of questions then better not join.

Interview process is well and good,response is also fast till the document verification but after that there is no response i did even get rejection mail or offter letter since 4 months.

I applied online in linkedin and received call from recruiter for technical interview. There were three panelists in technical round.
Alot of questions started with database like Joins, normalisation, auto increment, select query, insert query and so on. Then project based questions working, features developed, you should have thorough knowledge about it. Core Java questions and then one coding question on finding anagram of two strings. Write get mapping and post mapping APIs. Questions about hibernate. I couldn't clear this round, got rejection mail after two weeks.

1. 2 hr coding round consisting of 10-15 Multiple choice questions, 3 coding question, 2 sql based query questions
2. 3 technical rounds, first with senior engineer, second with principle engineer and third with associate director.
3. one HR round

4. Throughput in cosmos, Azure PAAS components, yield, constant, readonly, multi threading in C# and OOPS fundamentals
