First we had to submit an application online which was fairly straightforward, we then had a telephone interview with someone from HR that lasted about 30 mins. Asked questions such as why you want to work there, what are your strengths/ weaknesses and then the final stage was the assessment centre where you had competency scenarios with other applicants and a final one:one interview. You could pick which specific role you were going for or could leave the choice up to the one they thought your skills were most compatible with. Whole process took just under 2 months
