It was going in smooth process started with very softly and asked about ourselves family and study background and first it was a techincal round interview and selection process Overall it was a good experience with parexel

The interview mostly regrading on the pervious working experience (phase, TA, what kind of tasks, the role you worked, worked in a team), language skills and other questions you want to ask them. Not quit difficult.

First round: HR. Brief you the company and the roles.
Second round: Associate Manager and Manager will interview you.

I was first approached by their HR personnel to have a 30 minutes interview. The interview act as a basic screening process to get to know you better, your experience and your expected salary etc.
