The interview process at Pariveda is intentionally very thorough and as a result is very lengthy. The company strives to actually hire only the best talent and also to hire people who will match the pace and work ethic of the company.
The interview process usually consists of one or two behavioral interviews over the phone, then a quick Google Doc type of technical interview, then a couple of in-person behavioral/technical interviews, then taking a personality test and a programming aptitude test, and then a final 6-hour panel interview that gauges your technical and communicative skills as well as your capacity to perform under pressure.

The process started by having a relatively short (30-45 min) interview with a recruiter talking more about the company, the position, and why you are interested. Then, there is a 1 hour interview covering more behavioral questions. The final interview consisted of a 3 hour case study in which you work with other's also interviewing for the position. This is a way to show how you work with other's to find a common solution.
