I applied online and a recruiter reached out the same day to schedule an initial phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The next step was an in-person interview (more of a 30 minute Q&A session) then a 2 hour programming aptitude test. One week later I got a call from the recruiter that they would not be moving me forward in the process.
Things to note:
*Part of passing the test might be the length of time taken to complete it
*The test doesn't require knowledge of any particular programming language
*Next steps in the process would have been 2 more phone interviews then an all-day interview

Was reached out to after applying online. I had a 30 minute interview. The interviewer was extremely kind and transparent about the role. Unfortunately, the position at the location I was interested in was no longer available, and I wasn’t willing to move to the other location at the time. Overall, a very positive process. I was told it would be three rounds but I dropped out after the first round (I was told I would’ve moved on to the next one).

the interview process was quite easy, though they were not very responsive. they took a long time to respond and sometimes did not reply to my emails. the people were kind though.
