Apply online using the online district portal. Received an in-person interview. Meet with a supervisor who asked me a few questions pertaining to the job. Offered a job at the end of the interview and given paperwork.

Very casual interview asked about my personality and any experience, very casual dress code, i felt comfortable with the questions and the manager asking them , it was a group interview and then the next day they called me with an offer
