Three rounds of interview: First with ops manager - introduction, what the role is, tell me about your experience Second with future teammates - behavioral questions Third with CEO - didn’t make it to this round

The interview process consist of an assessment, call with head of operations, call with ceo, reference check, offer. I only made it to the call with head of operations and…by far one of the worst interviews I’ve ever had. He kept his camera off and he just rambled. Some of the questions asked were repetitive so I was getting confused on how to answer. His style of interviewing was all over the place which made me lose confidence altogether. It just felt unorganized.
