There are two rounds, HR, nurse manager, easy. New grad accepted. Have a position called grad nurse for grad nurse waiting for the NCLEX exam. They works with agent which offer better paid without benefit.

The interview process was good. I was walked to my interviewer's office. She was friendly. She reviewed my resume. Gave me some scenarios then asked what would I do. She was very nice and not intimidating.
