After 3 rounds of interviews and after completing a written task assignment as part of the application process, I was ghosted. After writing a follow-up email asking if they had received my finished task, they said they had chosen not to continue the interview process with me. Even after reaching out for feedback or an explanation, I was given the cold shoulder. Saying no to a candidate is fine, ignoring them is not. I find it very disrespectful.
