Online interview with a link provided to you. Pretty fast and easy. The interview took like 30 mins and it was only with one interviewer. Friendly and easy going chat and then I was informed about the result in the same week
The interview process usually starts with a short introduction and overview of the role. Then, questions are asked about experience, skills, and motivation. In some cases, practical tasks or case questions follow. The interview ends with questions from the candidate and next steps.
The first HR review was very smooth and Recruiter was very helpful, I had some questions and she answered all completely. Second technical part was pretty hard since they are looking for the best people.
