HR did not coordinate timing at all, just sent out calendar invites for interviews without checking if timing would work. Founder unengaged when on the Zoom call, HR mentioned they had someone previously who backed out of the process

Hiring manager pushed back my initial interview three times last minute without any communication. After the first round, the interviewee went on a spiel about ‘how great they are with communication and they would let me know by the end of next week’ and then they proceeded to ghost me. Very unprofessional experience. Tread carefully with this company.
