Fairly easy interview, great for students and anyone needing flexible work. Asked for availability and general experience. No need to prepare loads of answers unless taking a higher role such as manager etc

Casual set up, expect to sit in the back office or in the cafe depending on store for the interview. Arrive 5 minutes early and wear casual attire. They ask about your past experience, why you like Parsons, if you have barista skills and can cope in fast pace environment. They tend to offer the role on the spot or will get back to you same day in email.

How did I deal with a rude customer? What do I like about parsons?
Casual process involving a chat about the company and what you can bring to the table! Very relaxed and nice makes you feel welcome.basic questions asked like past experience etc.
