Was pretty straight forward. Submitted my resume through a current employee at the time. Was called in for an interview and was given an offer less than 2 weeks later.

Why did you want to become a Civil Engineer? (This question was asked probably because I just graduated when I was hired)
Fun and motivating. Asked intriguing questions about my experience and left me excited wanting to work there. The people interviewing were very smart and explained their career paths from the time they had been at the company.

Low stress, mostly ask about your background and education and what you would like to accomplish in your career. Most technical questions where very broad topic and straight forward. Most of the questions were how you qorked with others and how you would handle certain situations.
