I applied online and waited about three months to hear anything about the position. Once I heard back, things moved pretty quickly. I had a phone interview and a request for office interview. I was busy finishing my semester and next day got a verbal offer. It took a bit longer to get a written offer as HR tends to move pretty slow.

Interviewed from my university after posting my resume and application on my university's website. Got one technical phone interview, in which he also asked a few but not many behavioral questions. Some of them were difficult since I had not studied networks that well before the interview, but since the job I ended up being in did not directly involve packet manipulation, it was fine.
