Was contacted by the recruiter and then followed up by 2 call with Hiring Manager and a senior member from the team. The call with the recruiter seems very scripted. They seems like find someone "wickedly smart" at first. The interview with the Hiring Manager was more like a knowledge test of how you set up ads. All the questions focused on details of ads set up and it made me feel like taking Facebook bluprint or Google Analytics test again. They later rejected me since they found someone better
