I had a short phone interview with an HR Manager, at the end of the phone interview she informed me I qualified for a phone interview with the district manager. The next week I had a half-hour long phone interview with the district manager, at the end of the call I was invited to an in-person interview later that week. I had an hour long in-person interview in my local office.
