They call for a phone interview to make sure you are a good fit. Then you come in to interview with the Director. After you do that they will call you in for an interview with the COO. If they like you after that you are hired!! They are tough interviewers but make sure you are up front and honest. They are trying to make sure you are a good fit and this is not a job for someone who isn't. You have to love it or you are wasting theirs and your time. So be honest and direct and smile!

Interview was standard. They asked questions that are typically asked during any interview. There was one with who ended up being my supervisor and a second interview with the COO of the company.
