Pose des questions très précises sur les cycles et comme si j’étais déjà en poste. L’entretien n’est-il pourtant pas de comprendre également la personnalité de la personne ? Je n’ai pas particulièrement apprécié le format.
Le processus de recrutement a duré 3 semaines, en 4 étapes : un premier échange RH, un test pratique de prospection, un entretien avec le manager SDR, puis une validation finale en physique avec le DirCo.
