Basic phone screen with in person interview the following week after a data analysis test. Met with hiring managers and a separate interview with team. Even though the interview was very successful I wasn't selected, likely in lieu of an internal candidate. It's very common for municipalities to do this, very clubbish and a waste of everyone's time.
