Nice process, friendly and relaxing vibes. More of a sense check to see if the job was aligned to both my and their needs. Beautiful store and everything Patagonia makes has a purpose and story behind it.

Interview in person at hiring event. Interview is 15 minutes. Just asked a few questions and it was low stress. No questions about the brand or products. Then I got moved on to a virtual interview which was similar but a little more brand focused.
