Felt like a very open and welcoming interview, more in line with a conversation and getting to know me rather than a strict interview. Would have some knowledge going in about some of their products and why you want to work there.
Multiple stages of interviewing questions beginning with a group interview then callbacks for individual interviews. Very formal for a retail store which was odd but it was a good expirience and they were open and honest with their feedback

Interview in person at hiring event. Interview is 15 minutes. Just asked a few questions and it was low stress. No questions about the brand or products. Then I got moved on to a virtual interview which was similar but a little more brand focused.
