Very impersonal interview process, starting with an video response questions as a screening. I thought the instructions were pretty unclear and I appreciate a more personal call as opposed to essentially performing on camera to send to the hiring team.

The interview consisted of two virtual interview conducted by store managers at other locations, and a phone interview by a local manager. The interviewers were friendly and the actual interviews were straight-forward, but the scheduling over the course of this process was a bit chaotic.

Both rounds of interviews were behavioral, and included a mix of specifics and broad personality questions. Both interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in and engaged with what I had to say.
