HR called for a few simple questions not including technique questions. Then made an appointment for onsite locally. HR sent an email in advance including list of interviewers. Being interviewed by 6 people for 3 hours. The first was the IT manager, asking about why interest in this company, what can contribute, have any questions etc. The second round included HR manager, two junior IT, asked if you choose whether to use desktop app or online app, what to choose, why? Satisfied at my answer. But the third round was two senior IT, asked a lot of questions about Sharepoint development, any more questions?

What did you do with SharePoint? How did you do the development?
They had of three rounds the first is an initial screening followed by a technical round where you were asked more about oop and sql at last a hr round.
