First was phone interview just a few problem solving questions, customer service questions. Second was onsite interview in Arkansas - very intensive 3 day, long hours - q/a, group activity mostly behavioral. You stayed up late and woke up early to see how you faired on low sleep. Offer came within a two months after this interview.

I had an interview and was called back the same day and told to start a month later. Great interview. Interviewed with North America M/LWD Manager and a Nuclear Engineer.
