Answered an ad in the paper. Was brought in for 2 interviews, roughly 2 weeks apart, and was told I would have to wait for a 3rd with the CEO. Eventually that was set aside, and I was hired about a month after my first interview. It was a bit frustrating to wait for contact between interviews, but the interviewer did not seem to mind my follow-up emails which I sent once between each interview.
