The process took 4+ weeks. Phone intro call with recruiter, then a timed hacker rank assessment rewriting a cold email and analyzing data, then a “mock” interview call where you act as the mentor doing a role play with a Career Lead, AND THEN a 3 hour interview broken up into separate calls to meet with various members of the team. I was exhausted writing this out, let alone having to go through the process. By the hacker rank assignment, I was over it already. The pay range for the position is on the lower end for an SF start up. You can find other similar fully remote positions that pay more and don’t have this lengthy interview process. Expect to prep and interview a total of 10-12 hours. The communication was for the most part seamless, and thorough, but not worth the time. Interviewers were nice, but it’s truly way too much to ask.

Screen call with recruiter, then virtual interview with Career Leads/Career Mentors, next is a take home assignment given to the candidate, and eventually there's a role play interview round (i.e. mock interview)
