1st stage: 30-minute phone screening with a senior associate. 2nd stage, 45+ minute Zoom interview with a VP. I did not make it past the second stage, but I believe there are 4 rounds total, one round is presenting a case study.

It was a two-part interview over zoom after submitting an application, with both regional and department leadership. The questions were assessing my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, decision-making ability, experience working with clients, and previous background. After interviewing, I found out I was not chosen after three weeks or so. I think they were hiring for a number of roles and were slow to respond after the interview.
