The interview was not systematic in terms of questions . The interviewer constantly was asking me if this is what I wanted to do -given the role change. She said I would be called for a technical interview - never heard back anything from the company thereafter- not even an email stating they have filled the position or so forth. The lady who did phone interview was half hour late in calling and was rude
