It was fabulous! The people are fantastic! They were open to my questions and they were willing to listen to my job experiences and the flow was just positive! I think working with them would be fantastic as they have brought experience and they could teach me many things about how to work with kids with special needs.

I applied through the Partners website and was contacted for an interview. I went in for an in-person interview and returned on a separate day to spend some time in a classroom. I was then offered the position, and went through a one-day HR orientation at McLean. I also needed to pass a CORI before beginning work.
