AVOID THIS COMPANY. They have a bad reputation with Cal students and their name means nothing on your resume. Interview process is a waste of time. They ask basic behavioral questions then make you write a follow up email/cover letter. Also, they all have bad attitudes (besides Nick). Glad they declined me because I found a much better internship elsewhere.

One interview with Bill, it was pretty cold and dry. What are your strengths and weakness. They are mostly looking for clear communication skills and if you can reflect on your abilities. There is not a case study.

Need to submit a cover letter and resume. 2 Interviews in-office. One with the principal and the other with the senior associate. Very behavioral. They will let you know if you get it after 1 week or so.
