4 rounds of interview with Senior Process Engineer, Director of Operations, Warehouse Lead and General Manager. 30 min interviews in the first 2 rounds, last 2 rounds an hour interview.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. Was explicitly told at the end of the hiring manager interview that I was a good candidate would be advanced to the next round of interviews. Radio silence for two weeks, and when I follow up, I get a boilerplate rejection email.
