Invited for a 1:1 interview and I was asked about my availability and previous customer service experience. Was over within 10 minutes and felt very relaxed and informal. Once you have received a letter informing you that you have been successful you are invited back to have an induction day with all ride operators.

Interview was over zoom because of covid. Interviewer was nice and explained about what I would be doing and how the rota and days off and stuff worked. It wasnt too long and I got emailed pretty quickly to say I'd been hired.
