The owners of PawFect Grooming are very thorough. The first interview took about 15 minutes. The second interview took about 2 hours. The third interview took about an hour. They did not ask me any yes or no questions, and made me draw from past experience. They asked questions that diagnosed my knowledge on the pet industry, general pet information, and pet care. I did not feel like there was any wrong answer, which was great. They wanted to see how I would deal with a difficult situation and how fast I could problem-solve.
